چکیده
A procedure to prioritize the cities utilize a building integrated photovoltaic thermal (BIPV/T) system is proposed in which technique for order of preference by similarity ideal solution (TOPSIS) employed as systematic decision-making method. Electricity generation and heat recovery year from energy side, levelized cost electricity (LCOE), payback period (PBP) economic viewpoint, well carbon dioxide savings environmental perspective, are taken into account decision criteria. They key economic, environmental, (3E) performance indicators system. The novelty research approach two items. first item could be each every case. Moreover, another that selection made based on energy, criteria all together, important aspects an Having introduced procedure, it utilized rank five Iran installation BIPV/T technologies. Tehran, Tabriz, Yazd, Rasht, Bandar Abbas, where one populated city climatic conditions country. According results, high priority seen cities: Yazd with highest ambient temperature relative humidity among alternatives, other natural gas tariffs, greatest price operating maintenance. values recovery, generation, savings, PBP, LCOE 42.3 MWh, 23.4 16.8 tons, 5.48 years, 9.45 cents per kWh. corresponding Tehran 35.6 21.6 15.0 2.79 8.71 kWh, respectively.

Application of multi-criteria decision making to estimate the potential of flooding
Integrating a geographic information system and multi-criteria decision making methods have been lead to provide spatial multi-criteria decision making methods. In this study, the spatial potential of flooding was determined based on analytic network process and analytic hierarchy process. At first, six factors of flooding were determined as criteria. The criteria were the slope, hill-slope asp...
